Hi there, Greetings and Welcome to my page.

I'm Shashank Viswanadha (He/Him), a technophile studying Masters in Information Systems at the University of Central Missouri, US.

I have previously worked as techno-functional consultant in the SAP HCM domain at Accenture, India where I have delivered many requirements independently without code redundancy and zero escalations. I was also recognized and honored by Global Reward and Recognition team of MARS Incorporated for delivering Best Project Work and by Accenture with PINNACLE AWARD - Rising Star for Innovating with purpose and Inspiring by example. I have also had interest in Cloud computing and Cloud services which led me to become a Certified Microsoft Azure Associate.

I believe, if each one of us contributes a little towards the society we live in, can collectively make this world a better place for everyone around us. With this thought, I along with a team of three started "MAASI". An initiative to help people fight Psychological issues using MAASI customized products.

I love Nature and Gardening what makes me happy.  Hence, I had started an initiative to plant trees in my hometown during the summer of 2020 because devoting time to embellish nature by planting is my way of adorning it.

Reading Novels with Mythical Fiction as a genre attracts me the most and Swimming makes me happy and fit. Recycling or Upscaling things to use them as the decorative item is my favorite pass time.

I have been working alongside Shashank since 2018 at my startup - MAASI where he has been responsible for the online presence of the organization. Shashank has taken care of all the digital needs of Maasi since the very start. He researched, conceptualized, designed, and charted out the digital requirements of the organization. He is the man behind the website and the social media management of the organization.

I have enjoyed working with him and have been marveled at the ideas he comes up with for improving the performance of the organization. He takes initiative and regularly organizes meetings to discuss business and statistics.
